How do I take ZenVera?
Mix four scoops (20g) with about 300ml of water, or stir into coffee, a smoothie or warm milk. Add more liquid to suit your taste. Do not exceed 40g in a single day.
What's the difference between Vanilla and Original?
Only the taste. Both have the same 18,000mg of marine collagen peptides and the same vitamins and extracts. Vanilla adds vanilla powder. Original is unflavoured, so it blends into coffee and smoothies without changing the flavour.
How many servings are in a pouch?
Each 400g pouch holds 20 servings of 20g.
Where does the collagen come from?
Our collagen peptides are made from wild-caught fish. They are hydrolysed, which means the collagen is broken down into smaller peptides that dissolve easily in drinks.
Does it contain allergens?
Yes. ZenVera is made from fish. It is not suitable for anyone with a fish allergy, or for vegetarians or vegans.
Does it contain sugar?
No. Each 20g serving contains 0g of sugars, 0g of fat and 71 kcal.
Can I take it if I'm pregnant, breastfeeding or on medication?
Please speak to your doctor before use. ZenVera is not formulated for children.
How should I store it?
Keep the pouch tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and light, and out of the reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.

What we collect
When you contact us. If you use our contact form or email us, we collect your name, email address, the topic you choose and anything you write in your message.
When you visit the site. Like any website, our hosting provider automatically receives technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not sell products directly on this website, and we don't collect payment details. When you click a "Buy on Amazon" link, you leave our site. Amazon's own privacy notice then applies to anything you do on Amazon.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To reply to your enquiry. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us. If your enquiry is about entering into an agreement with us, such as wholesale, our basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Some of our providers, including Netlify and Google, are based in the United States. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry messages for up to 2 years after our last contact with you, then delete them, unless we need to keep them longer for a legal reason. We remove contact form submissions from our website host within 90 days once they have reached our inbox. Our hosting provider keeps technical logs for a short period in line with its own policies.
